Your Confidence, Your Impact

What affects women’s confidence at work & why it matters: a 90-minute live workshop

Why this free event?

Women’s perspectives and talents are needed now more than ever, yet too often they go unnoticed. Last year I spoke with many women from the U.S. and Europe, and their challenges with confidence were the same. I want more women to know that they are not alone in struggling with confidence; what might be affecting it; and why it’s important to their career and impact.

    About the trainer

Jennifer is the creator of Pathways to Change, a framework that guides people towards greater self-awareness, well-being and confidence. The approach is backed by research and integrates neuroscience, coaching, mindfulness and mind-body principles.

Jennifer struggled with confidence in her first career as a public interest attorney. She experienced self-doubt, fear, and stress that affected her well-being and her performance. Despite proper training, mentors and helpful colleagues, she reached burnout and left the job without a plan.

Today, Jennifer has gone from “class pessimist” in high school, to realistic optimist; from feeling sick to her stomach in court, to coaching professionals at all levels, and being a front-of-the-room leader using her framework.

She is a professional-level certified coach (PCC) with the International Coaches Federation; a certified neuro-transformational coach (CNTC) with BeAbove Leadership; and a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) with the Coaches Training Institute. She also studies Somatic Abolitionism.
